The Flash (2003)

So - it's different. Barry goes back in time and instead of being himself back then, he meets himself back then. And has to team up with himself to save the universe. Rather, more than one universe. And meets Batman. The Michael Keaton Batman. Who still looks amazing. I noticed in this time line and in this universe, Bruce Wayne is the one that helps the Flash with his technology. Whereas in the Marvel time line, it's Iron Man who helps the Flash. I think what was said before should be said for any super hero or person or Doctor or anyone who goes back in time: even stepping on a blade of grass will change everything. Small things that you change in the past will change the future. It will take some getting used to the new Supergirl. I'm so used to the CW's Supergirl. This one is strong but the charm is not there. And Zod?! Wow. And there are lessons here. Batman teaches us that practice makes perfect. Practice with all his toys makes sure that he stays alive. The Flash teaches us that even though someone may look like us, we are each different in our own ways. The flashbacks of old TV shows and such remind us that we've come a long way with DC. I have heard a lot of YouTube videos talk a bunch about the opening sequence of events and the baby in the microwave and such, but the movie is so much more than that. It really is saving the babies and the building and the people and I get that, but that sets the scene for the whole movie.
