Black Adam

Um....well, yeah, he's NOT a hero. But he has a heart....so.... Centuries pass as this anger and revenge on both sides of a coin as simmering. And the word "Shazam" is a thing! Dwayne Johnson does a great job as Teth Adam. The twist to his tale did take me by surprise. I had a feeling, though, that the mother, Isis, played by Sarah Shahi, makes company with very bad people. I just had no idea HOW bad! The main focus turns to her son, Amon, is wonderfully played by Bodhi Sabongui. This kid takes risks and knows the heart of the people! There is a lot of action in this movie, and, unfortunately, a lot of death. Teth Adam kills first, asks questions later. But the focus is this crown, this crown of power which causes all the problems in the first place. And we are introduced to Doctor Fate, Hawkman, and the rest of the Justice Society who do kick some major butt with the bad guys in Kahndaq. I would say, for all DC fans, this is a "must-see", but if you DO see it, stay around for the in-end-credit scene. My jaw is STILL on the ground.
