  What a fun little movie! And I love the voices of John Cusack and  Steve Buscemi. And what a turn on something so evil and dark! Who would have thought it! And the evil guys...well, there's more than one! And realization on relationships and creations are real! I enjoyed this ride! This is definitely a good must - see!

  This Gidget was more serious than the one from "Gidget Goes to Rome." And Gidget chose a very, VERY much older man than Jeff in this movie to fall for. And it really is all about growing up. And she realizes that she's lonely and people change. And it hurts. But it's so nice to see that she makes good friends at work and her dad...her DAD! I love this man! He treats her like an adult but Daddy is ALWAYS looking out for her! SO I gotta tell ya: out of the two movies I've seen of Gidget so far, my favorite character is the dad. But overall this is such a 60's movie with the music and the feel. But totally fun!

  What a cute movie! I don't know anything about Gidget but this movie was really, really cute! And Gidget is so innocent and naïve and Jeff is an idiot! But she loves him! Moon-doggie. What a name! I totally missed all this in my youth but her dad looking out for her without her knowing. And she's got a great group of friends! I'll have to watch more movies with her. I also found out from friends that this is not the original Gidget. But I'll keep an eye out!

 So I finally got to see this movie. And Ray Collins just shows up in so many movies and tv shows that I used to watch! He's like a character actor! It's interesting that Charlie got his money early, was taken away from his mom and pop, and then given the world. And he was kinda bitter about it. He was a newspaper man. And this movie showed me that back then, newspapers would make a man rich. And it did. And he married, what, twice? Had one son?  His life, and his legacy, and all the new newspapers wanted to know at his death was about Rosebud. *shakes head* Well if that don't beat all...

 I'm now listening to the ending credit music. It sounds like Sting singing. My husband said the song is from a segment of "The Muppet Show", and he's not wrong. But the movie, over all, was not what I expected. It's a mystery. And it's really "How did he do it?" and for me, with lots of  money, you can do anything. The world really is his playground. And this detective is caught up in it with him. But he might fall for her, for real. And her woman jealousy will ruin everything. I love seeing Pierce Brosnan in different roles. He's a very good looking man and does comedy as well as drama and mystery very well. But over all, he's truly a leading man. I'm glad I got to see it.

 Wow. I was just...wow. I enjoyed this movie more than I expected to! In the midst of having to listen to my next door neighbor's music all day on Christmas day, I put this movie on and actually got to hear some of it and follow it. It's a sweet movie of love and circumstances and changes. So much black women had to deal with, whether they were of a status or not. And their parents: children trying to please their parents. Doing what was right for them and not for themselves. And the love these two had no matter what the changes in their lives. What a sweet story in a time of prejudice in the U.S. I'd definitely recommend this movie!

 Well, THAT was interesting. I still prefer the first Wonder Woman movie but this was ...interesting. I even saw a profile of Gal Gadot's stunt double up close. My friend says they probably kept the scene because it was really good. The point of the whole movie was "Be careful what you wish for". But there is so much chaos that I don't know how this is gonna get cleaned up. I did like the mid-credit scene but we will see if anything happens in the future. It had a lot of action in it, and I like Steve Rogers fighting with Wonder Woman. But yeah, over all - I like the first movie better.
