Movies, Film and My Opinion

 Not a bad movie at all. And I'm very much a Batman fan. I love his mystique. I love his look. I love the way he battles with his body and his mind. And the brooding. Always with the brooding. Robert Pattinson did a good job. He's not what anyone would expect to be cast as the "dark knight", but he did a fantastic job. I wanted more Alfred, though. I wanted more of the father-like qualities to come out and be seen. Alfred was there for Bruce throughout his life and their back and forth shows it in other movies and tv shows. Not sure if Selina was in love with her roommate, or if that was just a "roommate". I wanted that relationship clearer. Cause, you know, best friends will kill for each other, too. I really, REALLY loved the fighting: Bruce is definitely trained and Selina shows she's taken some classes herself! And they fight very well together! And the cats. I love the cats. The story itself is well-done. I had no idea who the killer was! The steps

  I've seen the theatrical show. I've seen the original movie many, many times. But this....this was such a delight. A lot of modern look on this because of the actors themselves, but wow. Yes, the intensity. Yes the emotions. Yes the high stakes in everything. And the music - yes, yes and yes! This Disney-fied version was well-done!I miss watching good musicals. I miss seeing actors who are true triple-threats! And Rita....omg Rita! Still acting. Still singing. Still so wonderful to watch on screen! Mike Faist as Riff took me a little while to accept him as believable, but eventually, it worked. I just enjoyed the whole movie and will watch this one again!
